Offering a prime location in Galata which is a great place to stay for tourists, the smoke-free Ruz Hotels Istanbul is around a 25-minute walk from the mimar Sinan Ayasofya Hurrem Sultan Hamami and features two bar lounges. Located not far from Istanbul Riverside Museum of Modern Art, the 5-star hotel overlooks the pool and invites guests to have a drink at a rooftop bar.

The room decor included excellent details. The staff assisted with restaurant bookings, which i especially valued. I also received a room upgrade (very kind of them!). I found the location ideal with restaurants and shops nearby.

Street noise was present. I did find it a bit loud at times. Earplugs could be useful.

clean rooms daily housekeeping stocked kitchenette

I found the rooms SUPER clean. Daily housekeeping and towel replenishments were much appreciated. The kitchenette had everything, dishes, cutlery, and cleaning supplies! The mini bar was complimentary, a GREAT touch.

The breakfast buffet featured some UNUSUAL food. I would probably skip it next time.

the location was convenient. it was near many restaurants and shops. the staff was helpful with directions. the room included complimentary minibar items.

the street was a bit noisy at times. i think some extra soundproofing in the rooms would help.

super hotel, small problems

rainfall shower wide selection

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there was a nespresso machine with complimentary capsules. the rooftop bar had nice views and offered a wide selection of drinks. staff were very friendly and quick to help.

my room faced the street and i found there to be excessive noise late at night. soundproofing felt insufficient. it. this is not a quiet area.
